• How is Precipitated Silica Shape?

Our factory, established in 1996 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB, currently employs 135 staff members, including 15 engineering and technical personnel. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of precipitated silica and 80,000 tons of solid sodium silicate.

Our factory utilizes advanced production processes, with the entire operation—from raw material preparation to product packaging—fully controlled by a DCS (Distributed Control System) to ensure product quality and stability.

To continuously develop new products, we have integrated industry, academia, and research, establishing a Silicon Chemical Center Laboratory. This includes a chemical analysis room, a physical testing room, and a pilot workshop, laying a solid foundation for the company’s technological innovation.
